Frequently asked questions
Both products are at the idea-to-MVP stage. StockPilot is furthest along — we’re building the core inventory ledger and baseline forecasting now, with a private beta for waitlist members first. ProcuFlow is in concept validation, with its MVP starting once the invoicing and approval model is validated with design partners. Waitlist members get exact dates before anyone else.
StockPilot learns from your own sales history and stock movements. It picks up seasonality, weekday patterns, promotions and shelf-life, then projects demand per SKU per location and turns that into reorder points and replenishment suggestions. You always see the numbers behind a recommendation — it is a decision-support tool, not a black box that orders for you.
If your pain is stockouts, over-ordering or expiry waste, start with StockPilot. If it is chasing invoices, unclear approvals and procurement living in spreadsheets, start with ProcuFlow. Many operators have both problems — the two products are designed to work together.
Yes, and that is where they get most useful. StockPilot knows what you need to buy; ProcuFlow turns that into a purchase order, routes it for approval and tracks the invoice against it. You can also adopt one first and add the other later — nothing has to be migrated.
Pricing is not final yet, which is why we are not publishing a table we would have to change. The plan is straightforward tiers that scale with SKUs, locations and users, with a free tier for very small operations. Waitlist members get founding-member pricing locked in for their first year.
Data ownership stays with you: your catalogue, sales history and invoices are yours to export or delete at any time. We are building on encrypted-in-transit and at-rest infrastructure with role-based access control, and we will publish our security practices in full before general availability. We do not sell data or use one customer’s data to serve another.
For StockPilot: Shopify, WooCommerce and POS systems first, then broader marketplace and 3PL connections. For ProcuFlow: accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books, followed by payment gateways. CSV import and export work from day one, so you are never blocked waiting on a connector.
Those are our first two focus segments because the pain is sharpest and the data is familiar to us. The underlying platform is not industry-specific — if you hold stock or process purchase orders, get in touch and tell us about your setup. Early conversations genuinely shape what we build next.
Priority access to the private beta, founding-member pricing, hands-on onboarding from the team building the product, and direct input into the roadmap. Early users get to argue for the features they need before they are built.
Join the waitlist and tell us which product you care about, or send us a message through the contact page describing your operation. We are actively looking for a small number of design partners in e-commerce and multi-outlet food businesses.
