In today’s article, I’ll show you a free, simple, and easy method that you can start implementing right away to generate thousands of high-quality leads for your industry or niche. We will first look for those leads and then set up an automation system to reach out to them on autopilot, even while you are sleeping.

Step 1: Searching for Leads
The first step is to look for our leads through Google using a specific search query. There are three components to this search query:
- Specify the site we want to look through.
- Specify the niche we are targeting (e.g., plumbers, electricians, doctors, lawyers, life coaches, etc.).
- Tell Google to only return profiles with email addresses listed.
Here are some popular email address domains to target. If there’s another domain you want to target, just add it to the search query.
Example: Life Coaches on Instagram
For instance, if we want to look for life coaches, our search query will be:
site:instagram.com "life coaches" ("gmail.com" OR "yahoo.com" OR "hotmail.com")
This query tells Google to look through Instagram for profiles that mention “life coaches” and have an email address listed.
Example: Surgeons on LinkedIn
Similarly, for surgeons on LinkedIn:
This query will find LinkedIn profiles of surgeons with listed email addresses.

Step 2: Extracting and Formatting Data
Once we have our search results, we’ll copy all this information into ChatGPT. Use the following prompt to format the data into a table:
Format the data below into a table with these columns: Full Name, Company Name, Website URL, Email, and Phone Number.
Paste the search results below this prompt and press enter. ChatGPT will create a table with the relevant information.
Step 3: Setting Up an Automation System
Next, we’ll set up an automation system to reach out to these leads on autopilot using an RPA tool (Robotic Process Automation). My favorite tool for this is Make.com.
Creating a New Scenario in Make.com
- Log into Make.com and create a new scenario.
- Set the trigger to be a new row in a Google Sheet.
- Specify the frequency of the automation to avoid being flagged as spam (e.g., one email per hour).
Connecting Google Sheets
- Connect your Google Sheets to Make.com by signing in with your Google account.
- Select the spreadsheet where you copied the leads and configure the automation to trigger when a new row is added.
Sending Emails
- Set the action to send an email from your Gmail account.
- Map the email address from the Google Sheet to the email recipient field.
- Compose your email with a dynamic subject line and content. Keep it short and to the point for better response rates.
